    I was in your class for PG&E a week or so ago. I enjoyed your views quite a bit. I just bought my first home from Home Path (fannie mae). I have ten days to walk the home and make my list of things that may need fixing. I was wondering if i can call you to ask a few questions. I will make this home green and someday turn it for a profit. I paid cash for the property so no dealing with financing. I dont know if i will make the 20 grand profit i need, but time will tell… Thanks for inspiring me…. Regards, Marc
