In pursuit of our mission to inspire 1,000 energy-wise remodelers, GEE offers support in the following capacities:

• Free information: articles, webinars and training videos.
• G.E.A.R. Membership: added value services: webinar and video archives, consulting and field trips.
• Training and Consultation: Individual or group from Dave and/or team.
• G.R.I.P. Management Services: From acquisition to remodeling to marketing (any or all).

In regards to G.R.I.P. (Green Renovation Investment Plan) GEE contracts as a consultant, not contractor, at any or all the above levels.  To whatever degree is desired, GEE consultation brings 40 years of nationally recognized industry expertise to bear on behalf of an investor, in many ways “lowering the bar” of experience and effort needed to expended by the client.  Some of these services include:

Acquisition:

• We daily review listings
• Property drive by
• Scheduled walk through
• Green Home Reference Guide
• 6 page Investor Alerts
• Suggest financing options
• Walk client through making offers etc…

Remodeling:

• Provide video/picture property inspection
• Give remodeling advice
• Create budget estimates and options
• Offer contractor evaluation and scheduling
• Provide quality control
• Offer bill pay services
• Create monthly reports

Marketing:

• Advertising photos and copy
• Marketing: Craig’s List, etc…
• Field and track response
• Pre-qualify leads
• Show property
• Screen applicants
• Provide rental agreements
• Collect and process rents
• Create monthly reports
• Consult on cash flow issues including refinancing and home equity lines of credits (HELOCs)
• Solicit buyers or lease option participants

Any or all of the services above can be included in a customized G.R.I.P. Agreement.  Some services are also available for a  consultation fee.
