Hear from a HERS Rater by Andrew Martinez

Andrew Martinez is a native of California who first went to work in the residential construction field in 2003 as a window and insulation installer for Renaissance weatherization.  David Robinson took notice and decided to send him to numerous trainings on weatherization and energy efficiency. After becoming and energy specialist Andrew became a sales person for the energy services and products,  eventually becoming part of a large Home Depot project. After Renaissance, Andrew became and iron worker. ending up in Nebraska where he and his wife are raising a daughter. Working on becoming a HERS rater, as well as an energywise house flipper and entrepreneur, you can follow his success, failure and challenges here.
